OxyGenie™: Portable Cell Culture Device

OxyGenie™ is a low oxygen culture system for plant and cell biology. It delivers a continuous physoxic (hypoxic) environment for short term physiological oxygen and temperature studies.

OxyGenie™ is ideal for conducting high resolution microscopy or irradiation under physiological oxygen conditions in vivo like cell growth conditions. It is a great tool for a proof of concept or start-up validation for physiological cell culture.

6-well Flow Divider

6-well Flow Divider with cells can be separated from the base of the device without interrupting physical parameters.
Cells can be, for example, microscoped without interruptions in temperature and gas environment.

Microscopy

Extension of Flow Divider enables live cell microscope with phase contrast or fluorescent modes.
High resolution imaging possible through optically perfect cover slip glasses under in vivo-like conditions.

The 1-well assembly ensures that oxygen partial pressure is controlled and maintained inside each individual cell culture chamber.

COVER creates mini incubator style
